Where Is Everyone?

Where Is Everyone? is a plague type and scenario in the Mutation 15 update. It is one of the three scenarios that are included in the update, the others being Mad Cow Disease and Flight Club.
This scenario significantly lowered the human population (and the ape population, but at first that population wasn't lowered. See more about that in Trivia.) Look at the below chart to see the new human populations.

Trivia
- The Rapture is an event known by Christians as a day when it's believed that masses of people are taken to Heaven.
- There used to be an exploit where you could win easily in the Simian Flu DLC. This is because although the human population has decreased, the ape population remained untouched. There were more than twice as many apes as humans and starting somewhere like Central Africa was too overpowered. This exploit has been fixed, and now, the ape population is lower than normal as well.
- Shadow Plague works exceptionally well here. Since a Templar base cannot exist if a country does not have any living population, Vampires will generally have an easier time neutralizing them rather than the base itself. As they kill at the same rate with Blood Rage, victory via killing everyone becomes much more practical.
- As humans are generally much weaker in this scenario, typically any disease could see its use here on all difficulties, much like the Sovereign Default scenario.
