Brainzzz is an achievement for the Walking Dead symptom combo, which causes extreme fatigue in infected people. It will be much harder to develop a cure when this combo is active
How to get this achievement?
Combine the Tier 1 symptoms Insomnia and Anaemia. It slows the Cure by making scientists less productive.
Trivia
- The achievement's name refers to the stereotyped quote spoken by zombies as they walk around looking for brains to eat, originated and popularized by the horror comedy movie "Return of the Living Dead". While, the combo name is a reference to the comic book series and television show The Walking Dead.
