Mr. Universe is a symptom combo exclusive to the Shadow Plague, which results in Arnold-like bodies, which increases infectivity. The player can get this if they evolve Anabolic Boost and Pheromone secretion.
Procedure
- Shadow Blessing > Nocturnal > Steroidal Boost > Pheromone Secretion > Anabolic Boost
- Photophobia > Hyperdontia > Jugular Bite > Shadow Slaves > Muscular Hypertrophy

When this combo is activated it will increase the overall infectivity globally, making it much easier for the pathogen to spread to the rest of the healthy population[1]
