• In the standard plagues, Anaemia along with its line of successor symptoms affecting the blood system are primarily intended to increase the severity of the plague rather than its rate of infection as opposed to other symptoms.
  • The initial symptom of anaemia itself is not lethal but as it evolves, it allows the player to obtain much more severe symptoms that can progressively increase lethality.
