Zombie Panic is a symptom combo in the Simian Flu which causes mass hysteria over a player's plague turning people into Zombies, making scientists waste valuable research time on investigating.
Procedure
Evolve the symptoms Subconjunctival Haemorrhage and Total Brain Death and the transmissions Bat 2 and Blood 2 to form the Zombie Panic combo. Then, the achievement will be earned. This ability has the side gift of reducing the cure effort.
Effects

When the combo begins to activate, the Research Inefficiency multiplier will increase by +0.02, making it slightly more difficult to research the disease and then find a cure.[1]
Trivia
- This achievement is a reference to another plague in the game, where part of the imagery used to represent Necroa Virus is reused.
