Cerebral Tendrils is a symptom exclusive to the Neurax Worm DLC. It allows tendril production to begin, increasing the control of the Neurax Worm. After purchasing Neural Breach, it is the only symptom available for purchase, just as Neural Breach is the only symptom the player can buy originally. After purchasing cerebral tendrils, however, the player is given three new options for future symptom purchase. These symptoms are Confusion, Frontal Mesh, and Adrenergic Constriction.
