Neural Breach is a symptom exclusive to the Neurax Worm DLC. It allows the brain to be breached by the Neurax Worm. This is the only symptom available for the player to purchase at the start of the game. Once Neural Breach and Celebral Tendrills are bought, more symptom trees appear.
