Frontal Mesh is a tier 3 symptom in the Neurax Worm DLC. In the description, it says that Frontal Mesh allows the worm to "mentally manipulate (its) host." However, some may consider this an inaccurate description, as without purchasing Frontal Mesh, a player can still get symptoms such as Adoration and Despair.
