Trans-Stasis is a gene available for both Standard Plagues and Neurax Worm, which is characterized by the fact that transmission costs don't increase over time but the disease is more easier to cure.
Recommendations
Caution is advised when considering the use of this plague at higher difficulties. This gene is useful for certain Neurax Worm strategies, in case the player wants to use transcendence to win the game, in those situations this gene is recommended because it prioritizes infecting the world population as fast as possible rather than killing it.[1]
