Patho-Stasis is a gene present in all Standard Plagues and the [[Neurax Worm]]. This gene does not increase the cost to evolve Abilities, although the plague becomes easier to cure and loses some effectiveness in some environments.
Recommendations
- Due to making the plague easier to cure, caution must be taken when using this gene while playing on harder difficulties.
- This is canceled out by using the Genetic Mimic gene.
- According to the Japanese video game magazine Famitsu, it is recommended to use this gene in order to quickly evolve the Fungus' spore abilities.[1]
