Mystery Plague
Mystery Plague is a news event in Plague Inc. After the player's selected country is completely infected, a news popup will appear informing of rumors about an unknown and mysterious illness (the player's plague ) that would be spreading across the country. Doctors, however, do not find any evidence of the plague.
A short time later another popup will appear saying that protests are taking place because people believe this mysterious disease is real, and protesters urge an investigation by the government.
Shortly afterwards, in turn, another popup will inform the occurrence of major riots in that country because of the so-called "Mystery Plague", forcing the government to investigate.
If the player is successful, there will be a final popup showing that government investigations have found that the "Mystery Plague" does indeed exist, revealing the plague to the world. The achievement Peer Pressure may be acquired for keeping only a single symptom evolved during the entire news event.
