Effects

• By activating this response, there is the possibility for governments to universally distribute face masks. In order for this governmental action to be implemented, the local priority in the country must be 50, in addition, it is necessary that at least some infected population is present in the country for the government to take this action.
  • Alternatively, there is the other possibility that there may be protests against the use of face masks.

Trivia

• This operation is required in order to obtain the achievements "Report thy neighbor" and "Rules are for losers".
• It is not necessary to use this operation for governments to implement the actions "Mask Wearing Recommendations" and "Mandatory Mask Wearing Implementation", these government actions are activated when the local priority reaches a certain level and don't require any response to be executed.
