Historic Reassortment is a tier 1 ability exclusive to the Swine Flu scenario. It gives the plague the ability to access genetic sequence in the 1918 flu pandemic, allowing for the symptoms Cytokine Storm, Epistaxis, Total Organ Failure, Hemorrhagic Shock, and Pulmonary Haemorrhage to be evolved.
