Cold Tolerance is a Tier 2 ability unique to the Shadow Plague DLC. It allows the Shadow Plague to increase its effectiveness in cold countries, such as Greenland. It is the Shadow Plague equivalent of Cold Resistance. As with Heat Tolerance and Anti-biotic Tolerance, this Ability can only be evolved once the symptom Shadow Blessing is evolved.
