Anti-biotic Tolerance is a Tier 2 Ability unique to the Shadow Plague. It means that each vampire lair built within a rich country will increase the overall effectiveness of the Shadow Plague, particularly in wealthy countries. This is considered the Shadow Plague version of Drug Resistance, although it works differently. As with Heat Tolerance and Cold Tolerance, this Ability can only be evolved after the symptom Shadow Blessing is evolved.
