Bypass Safety Measures
Bypass Safety Measures is a special operation of certain plagues such as Fungus in Cure Mode. The operation is aimed at increasing the development of the vaccine.
There is a possibility that this operation may help the player to increase the development of the vaccine after triggering an early immune response, although there is another possibility that by activating this operation it may delay and reduce the actual progress of the vaccine after an antibody-dependent enhancement.
To increase the chances of this operation helping us with the development of a cure, it is better to use it when the development of this vaccine reaches a good percentage first such as 80% complete, in case it is used when the vaccine is barely developed, it will do the opposite, which is to delay the progress of the cure.[1]
Trivia
This trait shares some similarity to the Rebel Inc Smuggler initiative "Cut Corners", given how both cut out 'non essential' parts of a task to reduce the amount of time to do something for a price. For the smuggler, it's reducing soldier strength for faster training time, for this it's the risk of a backfire for faster production.
