Vaccine Manufacturing is a Cure Mode operation, it enables the vaccine manufacturing process, the player can activate it during vaccine development, it also activates automatically if the vaccine development progress reaches 100%.

Trivia

• If the player activates this operation during the development of the vaccine, when Vaccine Research is completed, the game will display a message saying that the manufacturing is either in a bottle neck (when the manufacturing is 0% - 29% done after the Vaccine Research is completed), underway (When the manifacturing is 30%- 59% done after Vaccine Research is completed) or ahead of schedule (when the manufacturing is 60% - 90% done after the Vaccine Research is completed). The latter two will speed up the manufacturing process.
• No matter when the player starts the manufactuing, it will never go above 90% before the research is completed.
