Border Monitoring

Border Monitoring is an response available in Cure Mode that allows more measures to be enabled in order to help control the spread of an outbreak through borders in addition to ships or planes.
Effects
In the event that the player activates this response there is a possibility that countries will start to decontaminate imported goods, for this to happen the local priority must be around 30 and the country must have reported at least one case.[1]
