Balanced climate

Balanced Climate is a type of climate in Plague, Inc. Countries with this type of climate don't require Heat or Cold resistance for your plague to spread. They all tend to have other characteristics, so you must evolve in relation to those to get a plague spreading in a country with a balanced climate, especially if it is rich as well. These include the USA, Madagascar, Korea, Japan, China, France, Italy, Argentina, and New Zealand.
