Zombie Horde is an active ability exclusive to the Necroa Virus DLC. It allows the player to gather a horde of zombies and send them over water or land to another country. This can be very effective when infecting healthy countries during gameplay. The ability Horde Instinct is required to unlock this active ability. The achievement Flash Mob is earned for using this ability.
