Witch Doctor
Witch Doctor is a gene exclusive to the Shadow Plague. When activated, this gene accelerates vampiric healing when within a Lair. This gene is best used with multiple vampires, or when tackling especially difficult Templar Bases.
Recommendations
This gene is recommended when beating Shadow Plague on hard difficulties,[2][3] because the vampire's lairs play a role not solely to generate DNA, but also to allow the vampire to start recovering after being attacked. This is very useful in the case that the vampire wants to destroy a Templar base, the player will lose a certain amount of life in each of their attempts in order to attack a military base.
So it is required to be from time to time using lairs so that the vampire doesn't die instantly,[4] this gene makes the process much faster, which benefits the player, because if they leave the Templar facilities intact for a long time, the organization will gradually become much stronger during the course of the game.
