Who needs brains is an achievement that can only be won with the Frozen Virus scenario.
How to get this achievement?
To earn this achievement, players must evolve the symptom Neanderthal Regression, which, if evolved, will turn all infected into Neanderthals. Countries that are 100% infected will become ruled by Neanderthals, and cure research will stop in those countries, due to the fact that there are no humans there. If the world's population is reverted back to the Stone Age, the player will win the game and acquire the achievement. This is essentially the Frozen Virus equivalent of Assuming Direct Control.
