Minor edit. Apparently when you are "adding a topic" to a user talk page the edit summary is included as the header of the new section. If you also specify a section header, that creates a duplicate header. Removed duplicate (unintended) section header. Jcw391 (talk) 23:48, April 8, 2013 (UTC)
