The Cure Is A Lie is an achievement in the Scenario Science Denial.
It is a reference to the Portal Series. Particularly, Doug Rattman's quote: The cake is a lie.
How to get this achievement?
Simply allow the Cure Effort to reach 100% once all countries, including the country with the exiled scientists within it, have been infected. Anti-science protesters will storm the labs and destroy the majority of the Cure Effort, earning the achievement.
