it isn't very likely to happen, but it is easy, even if it takes ALOT of tries. I like to get most of the transmissions. One time, when my disease had been discovered & greenland wasn't infected yet, it got infected via contaminated blood. I recemend blood 2, and maybe even hemophilayfsdhfhajk...sorry, don't know how to spell it, so I started randomly typing. blood+insect (2)= what I'm talking about. If you get blood (atleast 1, but preferably 2) almost every time you play, you'll eventually get it. hope this helps..well, someone. :)
