It's not our fault they provide the perfect starting area! I mean come on, they're poor, rural, humid... All of the good conditions to target with a transmission. Insect, Water into Air, and Livestock. Spectacular. The best part? There's a BILLION of them in the one country! 1/7th of the world's population!
