Necroa Virus' Acute Encephalitis needs to be buffed. Even if you infected everyone with it on Cheats (even without "No Governments" as "Government has fallen" is a government action and increases lethality in that country), it would still take FOREVER to kill everyone. It's ridiculous to hope that anyone can complete the Not Another Zombie Game achievement, as mathematically speaking it should be impossible.
