I see a lot of people calling double standard on them being shy about adding sexual content to a game about horrifically murdering the world, and I agree, but as it stands the game is rated E10+, and adding any sexual content would be guaranteed to bring it to at least T if not M, depending on how blatant they are(and given the one trait we do know, I'm guessing the sexual content wouldn't be that subtle). I guess the brutal deaths get a pass because they're never actually shown--Portal 2 got a lower rating than Portal(the former was E10+ while the latter was T) because Portal had bloodstains that Portal 2 lacked, despite many aspects of Portal 2 being darker and scarier than it's predecessor according to many fans.

I personally would love to see this scenario become a thing one day, and there are some such scenarios in the Custom Workshop already, but I understand if Ndemic doesn't want to lock out their pre-teen fanbase by risking that rating change.
