Snowballs is one of the exclusive transmissions for Santa Little Helper, it fulfils the same role as Cold Resistance, where it causes the plague to spread rapidly through the snow.

Government Actions

In the event that the disease evolves the first stage of this transmission, there is a possibility that governments will make it illegal to do snowball fights in order to reduce infectivity. The global priority must be 10 and the local priority must be 15 for government action to be effective, additionally the country must have previously reported cases of Neurax Worm, making snowfighting illegal will reduce infectivity by -1 in the country.
