Shut down everything is a Cure Mode achievement, it is earned after using certain quarantines.

How to get this achievement?

• Starts with any Cure Mode plague.
• Each "Force Lockdown" must be activated for all continents.
• You have to wait for a pop-up to appear, this is random, so sometimes it will not appear, the pop-up will say a message bout the global lockdown.
  • Note: After this pop-up appears, the infectivity of the disease will decrease.

Trivia

• This achievement refers to a meme from the flash game Pandemic, in which the country of Madagascar quickly closes its ports when a plague is detected.
