Myocarditis is a symptom exclusive to the Swine Flu scenario. It causes inflammation of the muscles in the heart, which is potentially fatal.
This symptom is characterized by increasing both the severity and lethality of the disease while causing the rate of mutation to be reduced by -0.1[1]
Additionally, it is one of the closest symptoms to Total Organ Failure within the trait branch for Swine Flu.
