Healthy Eater is a gene exclusive to the Shadow Plague. This gene elevates the maximum health of the Vampire(s), allowing them to potentially fight against Templar fortresses for longer periods of time before having to flee to a safe country.
This gene is particularly useful when the vampire has to face the Templar bases, because having much more life, it gives him the possibility to perform much more actions in a much longer period of time.[3] Therefore, some techniques performed on Mega-Brutal difficulty require the use of gene, since the vampire's health will be a key factor in the game.[4]

longer_lifeand the variable that it activates isvamp_health_increase,[1] - ↑ This is an approximation, by using this gene the vampire will be able to survive for approximately 8 days but also other factors to take into account is how strong is the temperate base in the country, the difficulty of the game as well as other skills and genes used by the vampire, because a lot of the gene stats depend on several factors.[2]
