Complete Artificial Organs is an achievement that can only be won with the Scenarios DLC. In Plague Inc: Evolved, there is a slightly different variant of this achievement: Artificial Organs.

Here's a guide for a bacteria on Normal difficulty, copied from Spicy's Plague Inc guide.
Genes:
- ATP Boost
- Teracyte
- Sympto-Stasis
- Genetic Mimic
- Extremophile
1.) Before selecting a country to start in, evolve these symptoms:
- Coughing
- Rash
2.) Start in China
3.) Continue to evolve the following symptoms:
- Sneezing
- Sweating
- Skin Lesions
Reminder: From here until I tell you to stop, keep devolving any mutated symptom.
4.) Now transmissions, evolve the following:
- Water and Air 1
- Water and Air 2
- Extreme Bio Aerosol
5.) Continue by evolving these abilities:
- Drug Resistance 1 and 2
- Cold and Heat Resistance 1
- Cold and Heat Resistance 2
- Environmental Hardening
6.) Now back to symptoms, evolve the following
- Necrosis
- Insomnia
- Paranoia
- Seizures
- Insanity
- Cysts
- Hyper Sensitivity
- Paralysis
- Coma
7.) Wait until you get the "No healthy person left" pop-up. After that appears, evolve these lethal symptoms as soon as you can:
Reminder: You can stop devolving mutated symptoms now.
- Total Organ Failure
- Hemorrhagic Shock
- Internal Hemorrhaging
- Systemic Infection
8.) Remaining DNA should be used to evolve Genetic Re-Shuffles. From here on, it won't be long until the entire artificial organ-ed world is eradicated.
