Budget Bat is a flight gene exclusive to the Shadow Plague. Enabling it removes the DNA cost from the Vampire Flight active ability. This allows the vampire to move freely throughout the world, although this takes time.
Recommendations
This gene is useful for achievements that require the vampire to travel to different places during a short period of time, such as Greyscale, where the consumption of DNA points can be greatly reduced as this ability is much more accessible with the gene.[2]
