Brawler is a Blood gene exclusive to the Shadow Plague. Enabling it removes the DNA cost from the Blood Rage active ability.
Recommendations
This gene is particularly useful for Shadow Plague speedruns[2] where you are required to use Blood Rage in the early phase of the game where it is required to destroy Templar forts in a short period of time.[3]
