Great news!  The custom scenerio update just hit Android yesterday!  YAY!.  And the Coming Soon text under the Vampire icon changed to Coming Very Soon.  

So I now have access to the random name generator and the ability to play custom scenerios.  Is there a way to create custom scenerios?

Very excited about this update.
