Sorry I'm late but I think the rules don't have enough weight to them, I can understand by following the rules but i get the feeling we need to add like a punishment for both minor offenses and Major offenses on the wiki.

If somebody spams a comment that is a minor offense, if somebody removes large amounts of content then that is a Major offense.

New users need to known that we are watching every single move and that they will have to cooperate otherwise they will be punished.
