A scenario where stealth is essential would be nice.  A perfect subject for a scenario of this nature would be the Leviathan from Supernatural.  Killing people and shapeshifting to take their place with the endgame of driving all monsters except them to extinction and curing ailments such as cancer to mold the perfectly compliant species to breed and feast upon.  All with humanity utterly oblivious to their overlords' existence.
