After a Manifesto trait in the blame section is evolved, "Tweet Mean Things", "Expand Victim List", "Accusations Of Bias", and "Harass Critics" become accessible. None of the following traits are devolvable.
These traits fights the fact checkers and slows the misinformation to be disproven and can also slightly increase Virality, Plausibility and Community
