Speed Run

Speed Run is a mode. As the name implies, the player must eradicate the entire human population in as few days as possible. The fewer days it takes, the more of the five biohazards you will get for that disease type. It is located below the new game button, the + sign shows the player four game modes, with Speed Run Mode located to the right of the most recent game mode, Scenarios. On the Game Center on Apple products, there is a leaderboard for the fewest days wiped out and there is also a weekly leaderboard for the fastest runs in a week. After a week, the weekly leaderboard will be reset. Speed Run will always play on Brutal difficulty, however, if you start a New Game and play on Normal or harder difficulties, your record will still be counted.
