Droplets is one of the environmental transmissions available in Smallpox, this variant is characterized by using particles of body fluids by the infected population in order to spread, remarkably effective when transmitted by airplanes traveling through different countries.

Unlike other variants of this transmission, it does not increase the effectiveness of the pathogen in humid environments, instead this transmission helps the disease pathogen become much more effective at spreading on airplanes, in addition the Smallpox variant adds a third stage of evolution.
