Nausea is one of the initial symptoms of the trait branch that affects the digestive tract, this symptom is available in the Standard Plagues as well as the special Simian Flu plague and the Smallpox scenario. It makes the infected's stomach lining irritated which leads to discomfort. When kissing, there is a chance that one might get infected.

Achievements

This symptom is necessary for certain combos in Standard Plagues, such as Swineflu which requires the plague to obtain symptoms and transmissions similar to the H1N1 virus in order to confuse scientists.
